History

RBB v. Reden Böttcher Büchl & Partner emanated from the merger of the auditors’ offices Oelerking v. Reden & Partner with offices in Kiel, Hamburg and Rostock and Böttcher Büchl & Büchl from Hamburg on 1 January 2010.
With this merger, we wanted to combine our competencies in order to meet increasing demands by the continuous changes of legal regulations with professional and specialised partners and staff to safeguard the interest of our clients. The merger even resulted in a regional enlargement and a closer access for our clients.
Both Oelerking v. Reden & Partner and Böttcher Büchl & Büchl look back on a long experience with middle-market clients. As early as in 1928, Dr. Post founded his office in Hamburg which later on after several mergers became Böttcher Büchl & Büchl. In Kiel, Wilfried Oelerking settled as a self-employed auditor in 1972; in 1978 he was joined by Henning v. Reden to establish Oelerking v. Reden & Partner.
During the following years, we have grown from small individual offices to a medium-sized office with more than 70 well-motivated employees and a varied client base.
